Last year I compiled 2 google documents going over every entry from 'assa's Dutch iceberg thing (image attached) attempting to explain what each entry means. This was done with the help of Gemini 2.5, so expect nearly everything here to be extremely wrong, outdated, and full of AI hallucinations. I had to tardwrangle the AI to make sure what it spat out was at least (what I think) 80% accurate, so take every entry listed here with a mountain of salt and double check if every listing is factually correct (That is if you care about obscure historical Dutch trivia which maybe you do, maybe you don't, up to you).

We could suggest topics, themes, characters, etc. that we want to see or make and then vote on a google poll in the first few days of the month. I’ve been on funda looking at different types of Dutch houses and I think the ones they label geschakelde woning, the semi detached houses connected by garages, feel like the best fit to me because it can still kind of look like a canal house, has the space between the houses we see in the panel, and is suburban which to me makes more sense for them than urban.
