Most iconic Coco moment is in the last scene, where Coco offers Maya to play board games together.
I think that this scene is the perfect description of every sister.
Coco: she comes to Maya and gives her the opportunity to socialize with them, in a environment in which she won't be judged by other, she knows abaut Mayas problems and wants help her.
She also isn't "offensive" with her help, she's not pushing Maya to do anything because she respects her boundaries, and know that Maya just wants to be alone sometimes.
Maya: you can see that she's struggling with social contact, and that there are things stronger than her, that are holding her back.
You can see that for a short moment she thought about joining them, but the risk of potential humiliation and being judged is too mutch.
She doesn't understand that Coco wants to create safe space for her.
At the end of the scene you can see a slight regret in Maya, because deep down she loves her sister and wants to spend time with her.
Mymy: Mymy isnt playing a big role in this scene and in the show in general, but still you can see some important details about her.
She looked mischievously at Coco after Maya declined to participate, that's because she doesn't fully understand Maya and can sometimes judge her, even tho she wouldn't ever try to harm her.
Later we can see her cheating in the board game which just shows that she's the least mature of the three.

This scene is a perfect way to conclude all the main characters and is probably my favorite scene in the show.
