Just draw what you see, and keep drawing that a couple of times until you get it, then draw what you remember without seeing it.

Anyways, there is an admin; Zoot. He owns the site, but he's been inactive lately.
There is also a head moderator who can create boards and such, but only rumors about that. If you want to talk to them, just make a post on the /q/ board, or shoot them an email in the contacts tab.
