Fix what? The dopamine circuits? I admit I don't exactly know how exercising affects the reward system of your brain and I haven't looked it up (yet) but from experience it helped chip away my self-esteem issues as I felt more confident after completing my workouts for my back, chest, triceps, etc. And if you don't know where to start, you can ask the gym coach for help

Do you have like alter egos or a split personality?
Did you make a vent comic about this disorder? Because I have a hard time imagining myself or someone having 2 personalities.
so I'm gonna ask this. Did you have your brain checked? Like CT scan and all that, to determine if there is a physical cause to your condition. Could this condition be genetic? Like you inherited a trait that makes you prone to it? Or is it just a case unique to you in your family?
And you said that you were going to a long hiatus to focus on your therapy, so is it working?
Also I apologize for asking too much questions here on an imageboard, where the info you reveal could be used against you so you could just ignore some questions. But I'm just asking whatever comes to my mind, it's a habit of mine I picked up as a sports journalist for the school paper

Have you read literature of someone going through the same disorder as you? There might be someone who has the same experience, and you could get some insights from that and learn more about it
