But adolescence hit Elliot hard because he subconsciously realized that men who get female attention automatically achieve higher social standing than men who are ignored by women. This realization must have rocked teenage Elliot so hard that he spent the rest of his life trying to get women, because he thought that was the only way he'll be respected by society.
Unfortunately he was right, that IS the only metric of value which normies accord to men. Notice how all insults hurled online at men ("virgin" "get pussy" "0 hoes" "get bitches" "incel") are all insinuating that the person being insulted is less valuable because he doesn't have access to a vagina. Elliot grew up in Hollywood, probably the most gynoZOGed, hedonistic, degenerate place on this planet. If he was anywhere else he could have possibly learnt a more meaningful way of life or tried to pursue some hobby, instead of just thinking about sex and women all day.
