Adding subtitles is a thing, and that was long ago, reading the last email where he explicitly states how he doesn't interact with the community at all and how the only thing he heard were bad (and in the same email these things make him say how this stuff is not encouraging) and with Massa's history of being against the anglicization of the Internet it's not a stretch to say that he despises the non-Dutch community, or at the very least, kept them on life support (only using them for money or doing the bare necessary)
