I tried to touch up certain bits. I made Maya's eyes less bloodshot but I made her eyebags more purple-ish. I resized her lips and I also tried to make her hair more round. For Coco I adjusted her lips and slightly adjusted her hair. Mymy just had a slight recoloring, because of the hair dye and contacts being artificial it would sorta make sense it appears more colorful than someone who has naturally orange or blue eyes.

I combined the edit of your rework + my edit of their hairstyles (more specifically Maya's)

Still, your edits are pretty good and they fit way more than the original drawings which gave them really large eyes.
