It seems to be a toy gun of the smith carbine. And it may be home made sense I can't pull any image from the net that would depict it

It's obviously a nerf gun and none exist similar to that only custom ones or different models like this double barrel shotgun, but it's more probable this is a stylized version of the dutch musket, which isn't a singular model but various flintlocks and carbines all used by the Kingdom of the Netherlands before the introduction of more modern bolt actions like the Mannlicher somewhere in the 1800s
