Honestly I’m not sure. It’s supposed to be emulating the mayamails, which are poorly written on purpose, but these entries are much more detailed. The anti ambiguity thing AI does is a good point but the choppiness is not how AI normally writes in my experience, and if xhe trained it on the actual mayamails the AI probably would’ve gotten closer to the actual style like in this post >>119890.
I pasted a few sections (fuck wattpad for making me convert this to a pdf) into AI detection, which is useless as usual because GPTZero, which has flagged my actual writing as AI before, said it’s 100% AI and Undetectable gave it a 23%.
Even if it is AI it’s better than most of the fics I’ve seen recently on ao3.

okay but real talk the diary format is so fucking oversaturated in this fandom that every single normalnigger writes like the maya diaries. they're all basically one collective monoloth of mindless brains using massa as training data which is why they all sound the fucking same. they miss the point of using massa's intentionally badly written mayamails as a LITERARY TEMPLATE and it's genuinely fucking pathetic. they're not fucking writing, they're transcribing, which is just as lazy as being an AInigger

Yeah because most of them are writing for the sake of writing, they were probably told by another retard they should definitely write and produce the most SNCA boring shitstone ever conceived, meanwhile things written in DSL 3 years ago keep mogging the fuck out of them, also bet most of them are using too much of their own experiences (or worse using it as a toilet for those thoughts) so at a point Maya stops acting like herself and more like the author, it's bad writing if you're planning to use a character which was clearly depicting an archetype of person, and why no one apart from imageboard dwellers would be able to write a situation which is faithful to Maya

It's good. Actually the only work that I liked. Not boring. No useless descriptions of clothing. No pretentious words that I need to look up. Just pure plot.
