its in the name but ok so art therapy is when they use drawing and painting as a coping skill rather than an actual "talent". so its basically "do art to feel better and work through traumas. put it on paper". it is a form of journaling too. like a diary sort of. I am making an entire folder full of art and its sorta like a diary for what i hate and love.
