Yes, she cannot operate a large inter-city locomotive due to her lack of training. With proper help, she could do it though. Inter-city locomotives are quite simple in this day and age thanks to modern technology.

that's a new bucharest metro train but i think she'll enjoy watching the tunnels go by as the mechanic doesn't do anything in normal operation and is there in case something happens.
