The only shot we get of the shoppenboer house is in the sweet 16 panel, i can guess that it includes 3 main floors and an attic, and i presume its a corner canal house which explains the windows on both the front and the sides, based on common canal house floorplans i think the layout of the house is

I found this on dutch zillow, canal house with four bedrooms. Obviously the bedrooms are laid out differently and it seems big, but the other rooms of the Schoppenboer house might be laid out like this. So it seems since Maya was born in Baarle-Nassau, which is the Dutch part of that municipality, the Belgian part is Baarle-Hertog, we can presume that Maya was born in the Netherlands. Also there are no hospitals in Baarle-Nassau, which means that Maya mother (Soei) most likely had a home birth for Maya .

At the end, we see her smiling and staring. She's not looking at Coco but at Maya. We don't know if that smile is fake or not. This could be open to interpretation.
