I had unbearable testicle pain back when I was like 17-19 or something, I had to get fondled by around 5 different urologists only to determine that it was just my pants contricting my fat nuts. I dunno about your fallopian tubes getting tied up, but that might actually be your bladder or colon that's acting up.
TLDR: go to the fucking doctor dumbass nigga, if you feel pain a 20 ppd altchan won't get you any help

It could be a vericocele, but you should go to the doctor as soon a possible to know for sure. You don't want to lose your fertility because you were too lazy or embarrassed to see a doctor, make an appointment now.

Funny enough I actually dealt with something like this recently. My left nut felt like it was ACKing itself, viens on that part weirdly inflammed. Went in for a checkup and xray scan and turns out it was just an Inflammation and I just had to put an ice pack on it and wait a few days until it went away. Maybe you're dealing with something similar hopefully, if it was torsion it would've been a lot more painful and obvious.
