Unless someone was abused, most people grew up realizing it was best for them, the tantrums of a child about chores or having to do homework or having to eat vegetables are really snca. An authority figure is good for children, how else would they learn and develop.

Life means to struggle against death and that requires work, children have it very comfortable in that they only have to give a few hours of work a day to ensure comfort.
All those incentives you described are only because of an authority figure or institution that grants them. The patriarchy is the most fundamental authority institution and is good for society.
