The cheapest, healthiest, and most efficient exercise I could recommend is calisthenics (body-weight exercises). Personally, since I'm on the taller side - I want to fill out my frame, so when I go to the gym I do medium weight with a high number of repetitions and sets (12x3 at least). Pushing, pulling, then legs, each on a separate day of the week. If one wanted to focus on strength more than size, high weight, low repetition is the way to go (up to 5x5).

This also opens up another door, which is that some ideas when left unchecked literally destroy soyciety and that not all ideas are equally deserving of impartiality. Which ideas should be banned then? That's where the major obstacle is. This complete apathy towards picking a side, or rather, forgetting what the right side is, is currently the problem. Remember before 2010s, there was almost no mention of troons, fags follow the same story but starting in the 70s, and that supposedly they only make up 1-2% of the entire world population (the US is 2% and Europe averages to 3%).
