It's working as intended. Someone made a post 2 months ago that triggered a wordfilter that resulted in the poster and the image attached being automatically banned. The poster was unbanned immediately after, but the image was not, and when you made the post, the screenshot was detected as a perceptual match of that image and got you banned with the reason taken from the original wordfilter. I guess that image was also some text on a white background and that's why they were similar but can't tell for sure.
