There was a bug with the autoconfirmed parameters, it is fixed now. New users aren't able to upload files, for that the account needs to become autoconfirmed, but the issue was that every new account was getting autoconfirmed. Thankfully this was a limited raid which exposed the bug so now we are more protected against any future raids.
