I imagine people with lower IQ are a little less likely to live long lives and therefore their kids are would be a little more likely to be orphans. More importantly, orphans have a lot of other environmental factors that would be just as likely as a lack of love to lower their IQs.

the 'teen who sent it did describe it in one sentence doe I can't be bothered to look for it.
overall the story is coal. the beginning started of zemmy since it could've branched off into exploring depression and alcoholism (with an optimistic ending hopefully). instead, what we got was normalslop. the characters weren't fleshed out that much and were given the "teenager" archetype. not to mention logical inconsistencies that were beyond the "suspension of disbelief"
