If I did a sequel to Ongezellig, I would base it off of the Maya mail documents and the unused episodes, call it “Maya’s Mail,” and have it be documentary style show like The Office where the interview sections are from Maya where she recite the diary logs. At the end of the season, it would be revealed that Maya’s imaginary friends were the ones recording the interview sections and that she had been talking to herself all along.
One episode idea could be the Anne Frank musical episode and it could relate to that diary entry where Maya calls Anne Frank a “beta.” Maybe the project spirals into the class having to do a Musical and maya using this as an opportunity to become an actor and get acting friends from it.
Of course, there will be some changes to fit with Ongezellig episode 1 deels 1-6, however, I think these would be great changes overall.

That the documentary style interview sections that maya describes are just imaginary senarios she came up with, similar to the island bits in Deels 1-6 and Maya wanting to jump off of the school in Deel 6, while writing in her diary.

Why do people genuinely use Discord? I tried to force myself to get used to that app and it's just really nothing burger ass app where all you can do is just chatting with a bunch of unconscious kids and sharing low-quality drawings. Like it's just really boring as hell.
I guess its identity is "concealed community where you can talk to people with same interest privately" but idk I'm maybe just too old for that shit. I can't be entertained by that app at all

I think it’s a fake nose. From Yana and Ilse looking confused and disappointed, plus Mymy’s hatred for Yana, I think Mymy is making fun of them for being Jewish (because a common stereotype for Jewish people are them having big noses)

Presumably Robin Barten has slept around but I deny those rumours and such blasphemous hearsay. But I have spoken to her, she's nothing like Maya, which is offputting because her conversational cadence is Maya. It's jarring to hear Maya speak like a normfoid.
