After years of gaming I have come to the realization I ran out of actually good games to play, I experienced them, replayed them, completed them on the hardest or second hardest difficulty, 100% them and did all that was possible to enjoy the most out of them, Doom, Fallout, Splinter Cell, Metro, Quake, Dark Souls, Metal Gear, etc. old and new releases, even tried some triple A slop from Nigger Dog, there's nothing out there that provides a challenging or fulfilling experience. After recently finishing RDR1 on Hardcore, I was left with a sense of confusion over what to do, is there even anything left? The new releases are obviously shit and indie gaming is infested with tranny making their next over the top ADD inducing colorful slop (you will never be Cruelty Squad). Are there any hidden gems left for me to play? Or is it completely fucking over?

you never run out of games to play. saying that is as nonsensical as saying you ran out of movies to watch.

Sure you could play millions of games if you wanted, but those millions are trash. It's not about nothing to play anymore, but is there anything left worth anyone's time?

give up on the hobby entirely or spend your time only playing games you used to enjoy like 10 years ago, that works pretty well for me yeah

Ok what happens when all of the games are 100'd? Do I just replay them over and over again like a sperg? Works for rogue lites to an extent, but I also like a good setting and story

i believe there are plenty of good indie games if you bother looking, but if you want one example: Darkwood is the Polish indie game which inspired the Schoolocaust game.

Played it, reminds me of Funger, really gritty. The problem I have with indie games is that all of them tend to be this trannycore mystical game, you probably know what I am talking about. The majority of old indie games in this age became pretty notorious or up in the big leagues so there's also that. In the case of multiplayers they just become "meta" games and thoroughly unenjoyable (DBD)

Starsector and highfleet are new to me, the rest I already played or I didn't really like (Brigador), especially liked Blood, I guess I'll have to mine for more indie games, surely those can't be all that bad
