I fucking hate my dysphoria, I think I am not mentally well. I want to be feminine looking but not in troon way, people say that dont try to look feminine cause its gonna lead to trooning out, Idk what to do

I think you should avoid doing either of those things since dysphoria is an illness under every viewpoint, which is why so many troons desperately want to relabel it as just feelings and being born that way. Try just going with the look you wake up every morning, most people won't think twice about how you perceive yourself
