Here’s a story from my homeland Zaryans.

There were two sisters one as white and beautiful as the fresh snow, and the other ugly and black as coal. One day the sisters were washing themselves in a river as the white one said.
>Oh sister it does not matter how much you wash yourself you’ll never be as white and beautiful as me.
The dark and ugly one gets enraged and pushes her beautiful sister over and kills her in the water, the dark one takes the white one’s fiancé and the wedding is soon.
A bard approaches the river and finds the dead body of the lighter sister and takes her body and turns it into an instrument, he takes it to the dark one’s wedding with her new fiancé that’s was once the fiancé of the white one. The bard plays the instrument made of the dead sister’s body and the village finds out about what the swarthoid did to her light skinned sister and they burn her to death.
