I have a stomach ache that has been bothering me for the past 2 hours trying to go to sleep, but this is different from my usual symptoms so I hope this is just pain from getting adjusted to new circumstances.

My diet is something I must make into the most healthy possible. I am not fortunate to have the luxury of being loose with my diet despite still being young, every factor I can control I must if I want have a chance to return to being somewhat normal again. I am doing an attempt at reducing my meds this januari, it might or might not succeed.

cuckgpt tells me it is usual to feel this sensation when reducing dosage, especially with me having been on it for over a year, so that gives me a sliver of something to hold onto, while it is a bit tormenting.

No it is definitely because of the dosage chance, my diet has been consistent over the past few weeks, but only a few days ago did I feel it was worth a try to reduce. A success would be that I either maintain the same symptoms as before or they are less on less medicine. Then I will maintain this level for a few more months, the next step would be increasing the off-days l, eventually stopping completely if symptoms remain manageable.

The nights are sometimes challenging, but days are fine most of the time. I'll see how I feel again at the end of the week to make the decision to continue or not.

So far it has been a success. There were a few rough days, but I made it through the worst of the rebound symptoms. Now things have started stabilizing. With a change to my lifestyle and some personal sacrifices and things are improving. Today I had the best day yet since reducing the medicine, I'll keep this up for the rest of the month and then decide the next step.
