the way i do it is to just pull it back slightly then after a tiny bit you can roll it back up and repeat until you can get at the whole head (for a very short amount of time for me doebeit). i actually just fully cleaned it yesterday before i found this thread. the only time ive fully been able to clean it (under the glans) was by taking a warm water bath and just letting the cheese slowly float away. ive lurked plenty of threads on the cuck and most say you can get rid of it within a couple of months with just stretching the skin. i saw recently you should like pull out then pull back for about 10 mins a day in the shower etc. ive known ive had the issue for years now but after a few days of this routine i just forget about it because to me its still snca. recently i have actually started doing it again with the hope it goes away.
mines tight enough that if i pull it back the head can like swell up or whatever and go a bit blue and its harder to pull back, i think its worse than just the usual cases of it.
all i do to clean is basically, pull back for a second, try and pick out/roll into a small ball the cheese, take it out, then roll the skin back up. all within less than 5 seconds or it starts to swell. just repeat until its clean. warm water helps soften the skin to stretch easier and i heard (not tried) that spit also helps.
