im built like a ninja turtle with how ridiculously strong my back is compared to my chest. able to row 61.29 kg one handed for 12 reps just 2 weeks into the gym meanwhile i can only do 8 reps for 54kg in the incline chest press, feels like i got scoliosis with how sore my lower back is right now fuark. next session i want to hit a pr on my squat and do 6 reps of 102kg
