>>1501Not exactly.
>>1500>Also did you mean gay in like happy Or gay like liking the same sex ?
I use gay as an insult here. I do not think that your comic is literally homosexual. Often when people use insults like tranny, faggot, nigger etc. they are aiming more for an abstract concept or personality rather than actually being any of those things.
>Why ?Your comic seems to be oozing with slave morality. I know Nietzsche is retarded but it really is the most appropriate term here.
The character Kevin seems to have no positive qualities. He is not self-aware, strong, quick or bright. But there is a subversion where these are presented as some superficial traits that hide the true good nature of Kevin. In the picture it reads 'but if you are willing to look past his embarrassing flaws, and give him a chance … he'll follow, a loyal trooper he is'. In reality virtue is the objective measurement to judge how good a human is (I'm not saying you should go around judging people but you get what I mean). If a person does not have virtue, then he is not good. Simple as. There is no 'looking past'. There is nothing past virtue.
Now some may say that Kevin may not have any earthly positive characteristics but he has virtue. I disagree. It is a fact that without strength and power goodness is null and void. This should be easily understood. So a voluntarily weak man is not virtuous, he is evil. Strength and quickness can be developed by physical training. Self awareness can be developed by just generally practicing introspection, humility and situational awareness. Smarts are mostly determined by luck, though they can be slightly increased by doing difficult cognitive tasks, generally practicing introspection, humility, situational awareness and thinking before you speak.
Note that on these basis' if a woman asks you 'would you still love me if I was fat' your answer should be no. As that much of a change in character as to neglect exercise would mean that she is now a different person compared to the one you loved.

Furthermore even if he doesn't claim ontological superiority it would seem from the comic that apparently the artist thought that he deserves a better social position than he has now. In other words the artist thought that he would deserve a better earthly existence. In my opinion this seems to be sort of implied. This is also untrue. This world is a world of struggle. Nothing is won without a fight. Nothing is achieved without effort. So to think that a loser is entitled to victory is injustice, entitlement and envy. Now this doesn't mean that all social systems are just. It just means that you should recognize the world for what it is and try to live in it instead of screeching against reality. And also that meritocracy is justified and if it leaves some people worse off then so be it. The cure for envy is humility. Humility can be defined in two ways. Either as 'Not thinking about yourself, either positively or negatively' or 'Having an accurate view of yourself'.
There seems to be one redeeming trait about Kevin though. The last text of the comic reads 'he'll follow, a loyal trooper he is'. This would seem to indicate a kind of humility maybe.
And also in general I enjoy seeing humanity at its peak. I don't enjoy seeing humanity at its most squalid, base and crippled state. Instead I hope for all people to be enlightened by truth and beauty and goodness. This is why I have more gigachads saved than troonjaks. Also EdgeFAGGOTS need to kill themselves.
>And is it a bad thing ?I am homophobic but it isn't related to the current discussion.
