Economic rightism is Adam Smith, social rightism is probably Maurras. I think the main problem is modern leftism is a movement largely spawned from Marx and Engels’s literature, while modern rightism came from many different places and its authors really only applied to the groups they were already part of. The focus on internationalism also helps Marx be the left’s top guy because they believe it applies everywhere, while the right in general doesn’t really expect one ideology to work for every nation on the planet.
