Web Browsers:
Firefox: A trusted, open-source browser known for its commitment to privacy.
LibreWolf: A privacy-focused, Mozilla-based browser with enhanced security features.
Brave: A privacy-first browser that blocks ads and trackers by default.

Private Search Engines:

1Password: A robust password manager with top-tier security and cross-platform compatibility.
Dashlane: A premium password manager featuring a wealth of privacy-focused tools.
Note: While LastPass is a popular choice, it has experienced multiple security breaches in recent years.

VPN (Virtual Private Network):
NordVPN: A reliable VPN service offering strong encryption and a large server network.
Surfshark: A budget-friendly VPN with a solid privacy policy and a wide array of features.
Mullvad: A privacy-centric VPN that has passed no-logs audits, ensuring your anonymity.
ProtonVPN: A secure VPN provider from Switzerland with a strict no-logs policy.
ExpressVPN: A leading VPN service that has undergone multiple no-logs audits and security assessments.

Secure Email Services:
StartMail: A secure email provider offering burner aliases and end-to-end encryption.
ProtonMail: A Swiss-based email service renowned for its zero-access encryption.
Mailfence: A customizable, secure email provider with full encryption and privacy features.

But tell me, how can I search more efficiently for gems like that? Google is literal ZOGslop machinery

Okay 1. Don't use Google because it censors itself to hell and back. Dudckduckgo does still censor itself but not that much, that might help in finding good sites. 2 this might be le useful wiby.me it help you find obscure and simple HTML websites, you might stumble upon them. Also use Tor more often, browse through webrings and associated website links like one in digdeeper. If you don't want to use Tor use archive.today to archive Tor sites and browse them through there.
If you wanna browse through some trvthnvkes o algo in terms of privacy than go here to Lambdaplusjs, I can't link cause Tor links are le banned and shit, if you wanna browse on clearnet archive with archive.today
I'll leave an iceberg for you to travel through

Stupid nigger made this thread.
If you want a modern browser use librewolf. You can also customize the tor browser to not go through TOR and just use it for its strong anti fingerprinting but I have no experience with it
For search engines 4get is decent but I self host my own searx instance and just use that.
I use keepassxc
For vpns you should only use mullvad or just tor, I have a few vps that I use for vpns as well. But I would only use them for browsing.
I use cockli for throwaways. Self host for anything slightly more important than whenever I use a temp. And tuta for anything actually important like personal stuff.
Of course there's no point caring about this shit if you still use windows or stock android or whatever the fuck. I use a librebooted x230, usually with gentoo with blobs in the kernel removed, and pure Foss on grapheneos. I have near zero issues with this setup and have been using it for many years now
>>12963
If you put some effort into trying to find them yourself you would be able to. Spoon feeding retards like you is how webrings get ruined
>>12967
>Lambdaplusjs
Also know as lambdapluschildporn. Doebeit it is a actual good imageboard but there's always child porn whenever I open it. I haven't used it in a while so it might be better nowadays

okay first of all aryan beast.
Second of all tuta? I know email is not le private but nigga tuta is an unironic glowie honeypot the same way proton is. Just use disroot mane. There's a post on Lambdaplusjs with pdfs on it.
3rd the amount of child porn on lambdaplusjs has probably dimmered down probably since april I'd say. I remember on /tech/ there would be some random reppey with csam imagery embedded, it got somewhat bad I would have to use ublock to remove it. But now I see it far less often, also posting links to csam get redacted (most likely because the site censors scammy tor sites offering illegal services but not sure). I mostly use lambdaplusjs for it's /tech/ board which is le heckin kino. Also this might be embarassing to say, but it holds a special place in my heart as one of the imageboards I transheart like the Sharty.

>is an unironic glowie honeypot the same way proton is
I know it is. But its less of a honeypot. When you look at the laws governing proton (swiss) and tuta (German) you realize for a number of reasons, counter intuitively, germany has better privacy laws for tuta, even while being in the 14 eyes.
>Just use disroot mane
>use a activist email for personal shit
That's the most retarded idea ever. Yes I know tuta isn't 100% private but my usecase is personal emails. I need it to be a stable service that wouldn't randomly rape me one day. Using something like disroot is on the same level, if not worse, than using a cockli email for anything personal
>down probably since april
I've been using lambda for well over a year now. There was 100% more cp back then than nowadays
>ublock
>using a adblock on tor
Retard alert
>I transheart like the Sharty.

I’ve reviewed a few of the search engine options listed, and the results are largely the same across the board. What I find frustrating, though, is the constant appearance of 'AI Suggestions.' I’d prefer to do my own searching without having snippets pushed at me. I get that this is the direction things are heading, but seriously—if I want an AI-generated summary, I’ll ask for one.

I can't be the only one fed up with that!!!

This guy keeps writing about it and he seems to be right: https://www.wheresyoured.at/ai-is-a-money-trap/
And a few days ago OpenAI signed a $300 billion deal with Oracle, I just cannot imagine how this is going to end well for them. Looks like the lawnmower is going to chop off yet another hand.
