I think we have far more in common, than we have difrences. We need to unite against the common enemies (usa/zog, russia, china, jews, migrants/niggers) the times when single european country could be a world dominating superpower are long gone.

Even russians nazis in most cases arent white supremacists, they see themselfs as seperate thing from europeans, they mostly look to shared heritage and destiny of eurasians.

When you say Europe should unite, what do you actually mean? A confederation of sovereign European nations, a federation with a European government above national governments, or a single European nation-state?

I believe the national identity is not something set in stone - its had always evolved and believing that changing it, is somehow "unpatriotic" is stupid.
Also united Europe is the only way going forward, and to make sure it works long term it cannot be only a marriage of convenience - it needs to be based upon shared national identity.
I look at European unification similarly as at unification of 13 colonies 250 years ago. what first started only as pragmatic confederation transformed into a great power. i dont think any Virginian or Masachutsean sees the US as something that is somehow enslaving their state.
I think we Europeans should look at unification in the same light - I dont belive Poland being part of a larger European state would make us somehow not free, or not Polish.

A nation is an ethnic group bound to a land, so a single european nation state is a contradiction. A regular state doesn't work either because unlike the united states there are 2000 years of culture that clearly define and seperate the countries making them incompatible as a single entity.
Also there is the problem or representation of smaller populations that have their own needs and norms which would otherwise be suppressed by the large powers (france, germany) as it wouldn't be "optimal" for a pan european goal. The only way a united europe could happen is if all previous cultural identiy was erased and a new founding myth established, such as a massively destructive total war with russia. Which I believe is what the EU secretly wants to facilitate the removal of the nation and be put under one rule.

Europeans could very well be defined as an ethnic group, we are united by race, religion, land and our cultures are quite similar, the only thing making us different is a language. If India works as a nation i dont see why Europe cant.
I think the problem with large groups supresing smaller ones is ovberblown, the Germans being the largest ethnic group have a bit under 100milion people (including Austrians and the rest) while the Europe 750 milion, making them a bit over 13% of total population, not nearly enought to dominate. also if your concern is survival of nation like Latvia i think Russia is much larger concern than Germany.
The only thing that is lacking is something that will clearly show is that unification is the only option, leaving no illusions. As you said the war with Russia could serve that purpuse, but i think it would need to be one in which the USA has "abounded" us showing that we cant rely on foreign powers to save us.
We aren't unified not at all, there are are constantly scandals of people from eastern europe in the EU exploiting welfare sending it back to their home country. There is no shared solidarity, and this isn't something that can be forcefully made. The fact is that quality of life and amenities ranges greatly between countries, unification would be a forceful redistribution of resources with no benefit for me or my country. Then long term little to no representation in government, and French and German industry taking over now that they have no restrictions, leading to erasure of local customs through work migration and adaptation to demands to be suitable for business.
We aren't united by religion either, but that point is obvious with the divide between protestants, Catholics, eatern orthodox and atheists that can be mapped well to regions.
Europeans are different from each other that's just how it is, it's not like you can do the same with Africans which are really just divided into 4 or 5 big groups
I think all countries should be nationalist and should develop individually while in the faction with free trade.
The reason why there was so much development in the 1800s was because every country wanted to better than each other with soft power.Thats what brought so much technological advancement and made people go to places beyond. Thats also why we had so much competition in the scramble of africa.
