TND sounds like nigger barbarism. You don't need that at all, it's hypocrisy.
Simply round up all the suspects (confirmed violent rapefugees) and illegal immigrants and punish them summarily by beatings or worse (and being an illegal immigrant should come with heavy consequences, including giving away all earned capital to the government budget). Afterwards put them in a concentration camp in an isolated place near a border where they won't terrorize the natives, and wait for their country to pick them up. If not, consider it done and boot them.
