Honestly, I'd recommend just following Harrison Smith of InfoWars

The majority have to be as radical as our ancestors if these political views wish to be adopted. I can't see this possibly being the case as human society is progressive by nature.
In the case of imageboard chud culture, It's a decentralized set of views so normgroids can't easily just pick it up and follow it. The attempts that have been made to centralize it like with QAnons supporting MAGA and AF have only ended up raping itself later on and strengthening the other progressive side while revealing its flaws.

We've always been radical!
Radicals are the people who want large scale changes to the status quo, and to set foundations for our future. The move from feudalism to capitalism was radical, Karl Marx's Communism shaping a Soviet Russia was radical, Hitler's natsoc was radically different from the Weimar era, etc...
We're kind of like in the Rome-era of history where people are too consumed by bread and circuses to start their own movement.

Well we ARE basing this progress off of "human" society. So I'd consider advancements in human technology, knowledge, health and so on to be good indicators of progress.
