What de hell do you westerners eat as a dinner (I mean lunch, I mean the meal between 10 AM and 5 PM)? Can't even imagine what. Hope you have a will to explain this.

In America our midday meal is typically smaller than our evening meal, so we call it lunch and then we have dinner at suppertime. I would say sandwiches are probably the most popular meal for lunch.

Personally I keep it pretty simple, either crackers and italian salami/sausage (I'm a fucking guido), rice+beans with either chicken or ground beef, pasta+sausage, or some type of hash. I usually eat a big breakfast and smaller lunch/dinner, so my lunches are usually a small portion of leftovers from dinner/breakfast.
