Currently the migration is kind of reversed, i.e. more people come back from UK or Germany than emigrate there, partially because the western countries are becoming increasingly dysfunctional and dangerous and partially because the economy of Poland has been constantly improving for the last 30 years and life here isn't that bad. And the people who emigrated were mostly doing menial jobs anyway, professionals never felt the need to emigrate.

We are quite lucky in that Poland has always been lagging several years in adopting the latest libshit idiocy the West has produced, so we haven't flooded our country with third worlders yet, and simultaneously the consensus in the West is shifting towards considering immigrants a net tax burden and a major crime source, and also due to the Internet and globalization the adoption lag is shortening and the political discourse is becoming increasingly identical everywhere, so we may be able to catch up with the western politics just in time to skip the mass immigration part altogether.
