I think I figured out something else. The "abomination that makes desolate" that is "set up" in the temple is the return of animal sacrifice. it is an absolute abomination in the sight of God, because jews are essentially saying "The blood of the Son of God means nothing for us, we will build back the temple that was destroyed in 70 AD, set up an altar there and slay a mere animal for the remission of sins like our ancestors did." This has got to be the biggest insult to God, because not only is it straight up blasphemy of the highest order but also because it requires deliberate coordinated action. And it makes you "desolate" because by doing this you eternally reject the blood of Christ. All the politicians of this world have to go to that wailing wall in israel and bow down before it as an affirmation of this plan. The closing of the stait of hormuz is only an excuse, they will say "look, the price of petrol is too high and this affects everyone so we have to destroy Iran's military so everyone can benefit from it, we are the good guys!" while the whole time petrol was only the red herring, the real plan is to get iran out of the way so they can build that accursed temple. After they destroy Iran's military might there will be no one left to interrupt the building of the temple. Right after this, on september 11 2026 they will say "okay the nuking of iran was an one-time only exception since we agreed that petrol prices were the common benefit of everyone. Now that's over, let's all agree to never use nuclear weapons again, we are the good guys!" while the whole time, the reason they'll ban nuclear weapons is so that no one can interrupt the building of the temple. After the nukes fall, then starts the war of armageddon, as the 200million man army from the east will charge to that temple in jerusalem that is the cause of all this. they will line up in the valley of megiddo, which is the biggest flat area in the world which napoleon called "the most natural battlefield of the world,". they will be able to cross there easily because the euphrates river will dry up, and making mobilization easy. after they mobilize in the valley of megiddo, they will charge to jerusalem, just like the romans did 2000 years ago. this will be the last time humanity will try to solve things with military might. This is where "no one knows the day or the hour" and "come like a thief in the night" applies, because at which point of the battle Jesus will choose to intervene is up to God only.
