He's a pathological liar, meaning he constructs lies about everything, his word is not trust worthy. The only concrete evidence is stuff that he hasn't created himself. The paper he did these early drawings on are the most valid pieces of evidence we have. These demonstrate that he is in early highschool or late middleschool. As for context of my claim, where I live there is no distinction between middle- and highschool, there are six years of "highschool" after elementary, this type of physics is introduced in year 3. Placing him around the age range of 14-15 at the time of drawing. 
Unless he purposefully used this paper to make his drawings to construct his lie of a young age, however I don't think he is cunning enough to plan that far ahead.
