Someone from the 'cuck had this exact question that I'll just copy and paste here:

Assuming the the band poster happened relatively recently for her and she daydreams about goals and asperations for her life (not too dissimilar to Maya and her daydreaming), I'll say she's currently ~16 years in 1994, putting her birth year somewhere in '78 - '79.
In a later artpic, we see that she has a PS5 instead, which was released in November 2020. Meaning this would probably put her somewhere in the Mid-40s at this point.
