I "can" add perceptual hashing, but i would need to modify vichan by alot (i dont have that much skills). As for the scrips, i have no clue whats going on. Sometimes they work sometimes they dont (99% of the time). It's vodoo magic. Angeleno is working on vichan wunderwaffen. My hopes is on him adding future vichan updates/documentations.
