Good news, I found a plains biome to build the tulip field where ill place the schoppenboer house at, unfortunately its directly on an island so I might have to find another area to build the city, and then connect it to the island with a road. Worst case scenario is I have to terraform over a dozen miles of dirt and stone to build the city
