Find God, Repent, go to Mass and read the Bible, I'm not gonna promise you that you'll become less antisocial, I'm telling you he is all you need, you might find company in Church, even if it's all old people. I've been a lonely chud for most of my life and everything until this point has been a blurry mess, but now, I have a purpose in life which is to live according to Scripture and to convert as many souls as I am able to. Suddently all of my pain and despair makes sense and my troubles dissapear, just remember we were not born into this world to enjoy it but to endure it and to seek our own Salvation above the desires of the flesh. All of the issues you mentioned can be fixed and should not cost you your life.
