Ive reported the post to Zoot and was met with inaction. Zoot is genuinely braindead and does not care even when something can (and will) land him in jail. The kid seems to have intent to hurt others and himself but what his posts suggest, more than enough reason to ban him. The kid in question should have his IP permabanned and his posts removed from the site ASAP.
