I was raised in a Nordic Pagan household (we are actually Scandinavian although I realize now that it was always a cultural thing moreseo than a religous one) so I am not baptized. I recently learned more about Christianity and I really feel comforted and loved by God and the sacrifice Jesus did for all of us. I have only (and very lightly) researched Calvinism and the Reformed Dutch Church >because I am a Zaryan also reddit space I am looking forward to the day that I will go through with my baptism and rebirth, I fully understand that my old gods were more of a cultural thing and in that way I will respect them but only as a part of my culture and ethnicity not in a religious way. I felt like this was a fitting post here since Christ's love makes me feel very /calm/, thank you for reading.
