Cherry-picking. Galatians 3:28 thought is not only limited by one verse, read Galatians 3:29 for context (literally the next verse). Also "there's neither Judaean nor Greek (Celtic Galatian* judging by the context, Galatians were called Graeco-Galatians for being culturally hellenized)" actually meant they both (the actual Israelites of Roman Judaea & the Celto-Germanics of Antiquity) are from one seed of Abraham with identical genetics and ancestry and therefore there was no difference between them for Christ, their Lord. Medieval Scots interpreted this passage as equal to "there's neither English nor Scot" by meaning, see the Arbroath declaration:

Thus, God's ekklesia = His people = His pasture and sheep = Israelites (by promise, Genesis 22:18) = racial Europeans.
