Y-DNA markers show that much of the gene pool in this region reflects these ancient influences. Poles are mongoloid simply for the fact that they came from the same place as the Russians, Ukrainians, and Belorusians, and still experienced Mongol immigration, as well as invasion. Also, you have your own Pole Tatars, like every other Eastern European country. The Balkaners are Turks, you're Mongoloids, get over it, you can't change your genetic makeup now. Baltic people are more Western European than you.
