When they gained prominence is irrelevant, the idea of natural rights (life, liberty and property) exist to protect individuals from aggression (doesnt matter if it comes from other individuals or collectives). This simply acknowledges that each person has intrinsic value and autonomy; saying that the duties to the organic unity of society should supersede individual rights is a braindead justification of collectives ruled by corrupt tyrants, this is what has led to literally all shitty regimes in the world, there is no such thing as the good of society. 

Also, who the fuck defines organic unity? Societies are composed of individuals with diverse values and goals, any ideology that seeks to force people to conform to an abstract sense of unity is retarded and fails. AnCaps recognize human nature, and we also recognize how retarded most ideologies are, they are literal cults, just like statism. If you want unity, itll come through voluntary association, not coercion. Why should your arbitrary definition of organic unity of society be the supreme goal?
