Agugu is a shining, pure piece of Agathan topaz which came to be when an unsuspecting Zaryan had it revealed to him by divine intervention. The divine Zaryan spirit needed something to save the Zaryan race, or however billion will be born. So it would be that the Zaryan received a vision and edited a binky on the Mymy.
To describe it in simple terms, it is a screencap of Mymy from deel 5 with the head/eyes enlarged and a pacifier 'shopped over the mouth. In the beginning, Zaryans themselves were highly divisive in their opinions about Agugu, some damning it to the furthest pits of niggerhell while others gladly indulged in Aguguposting. The main driving force behind Agugu hate is the suspicion of underlying age-regression fetishism related to the posting of Agugu (and subsequent soyquote larping, similar to how babyspeak is used with babyjaks), or other pedophilic motivations. It may also be viewed in a similar light as Soylita by 'teens. This could stem from existing stigma against 'zellig fans, thanks to SLF ‘p consoomers who can't resist making themselves and their habits public. This is then compounded with Agugu’s complete lack of IAS characteristics and the inability to discern someone’s intentions on an anonymous imageboard (of zoiets). Due to these trvths, Agugu has been found to be an incredibly effective weapon in generating seethe from ‘teens, if you are willing to sacrifice your anonymous dignity to do so. Despite the initially associated intensely harsh feelings by many, Agugu is undoubtedly popular. After several months of 'guposting and countless artworks and tosses having been made, Agugu cemented itself as an Aryan gem to save the party. Albeit, there are some who still have a hatred for Agugu, however these "people" are snopes fact checked to be either browns or trannies, or mabye even both.

Agugu was first posted in a /zellig/ thread discussing what Ongezellig would look like if it was made in Ohio instead of Dutcherlands on May 15th, 2024. The image originally just depicted Mymy with enlarged eyes, with a pacifier being subsequently added at a Zaryan’s request. The name “Agugu” originates from a thread created in /zellig/ the following day, which was an image of the edit with just the text “Agugu”.
Agugu was effectively used by an anonymous Zaryan in a /soy/ thread on the sharty to generate over 600 posts of subsequent soyduel, spanning 4 pages, versus an obsessed ‘zellig-hating ‘teen.[1] Due to this incident, soyientists expressed concern that Agugu may have similar destructive capabilities to spadeson and other similar forms of brimstone. Sharty representatives successfully formed legislation against the use of Agugu in early August of 2024. A Zarty user was the first to discover this and notify fellow Zaryans. Any Zaryans caught spamming it by jannies will be BANNED from /soy/.
On October 7th, 2024 a splinter of a splinter of a website based on a subculture of another website which was a copy of a different website called aguguland.online was born. The image-board was dedicated to the posting of Agugus, from this website much of the notable agugu oc was created. Aguguland is also referred to as Agarthy. On december 15th, 2024 the website sacrificed itself to save any Zaryans from acking, as it was prophesied that a Zaryan would commit suicide on that day. So to save this young Zaryan soul aguguland shutdown fulfilling the prophecy dying instead of the Zaryan, saving him.
Variations
Soymy
Soymy was originally a drawing of Agugu posted in a Shemmy art request thread. Users soon edited out the pacifier and replaced it with a simple mouth and began making variations of the new binky-less version and it became significantly more popular than the original, with many now not even knowing that it was originally an Agugu drawing. The Soymy thread in /zellig/ rivals the Agugu thread with a total of 294 replies and a whopping 392 image attachments. (You) WILL keep this count up-to-date.
Mlem kitty and subsequent variants
Mlem kitty was a dusty attempt at finding a foothold in the relatively blank canvas of potential competition to Agugu. It ascended to Vantawhite Aryan slopstone status when a Zaryan, completely ignoring rules or regulations, sloppily crossbred mlem kitty and Agugu.[2] The result was gugu cat, possessing the body and ears of the mlem kitty and the head of an Agugu. Zaryans shunned it as being ‘worse than poopson’ and ‘zarty-killing’. While the gugu cat was unsupervised it mutated, this time seeking out an OC named Mymyflower and assimilating it. Zaryans stumbling upon this new mutation were in awe of the sheer sloppiness of this variant, hailing it as a PVRE ZEM. Currently it is contained in the /zellig/ thread in which it originated.[3] No one can currently ascertain the extent of its’ destructive power.

Other Incidents
On June 13th, 2024, someone posted sexual AI art of Agugu, depicting the toddler only in underwear with a folded sweater which almost uncovered her nipples. The user was quickly permanently banned for “pedophilic imagery.”
On September 14th of the same year, an outbreak occurred during a sharty raid on 4cucks. A relatively innocent-looking thread appeared on the /g/ board, with OP posing a question about choosing an OS for his small business. This Agugu accompanied unrelated, NAZ clipart in order to better blend into the attached picrel. Uninitiated and uninformed ‘cux browsers didn’t suspect anything abnormal and gave genuine replies, while a possible raiding ‘teen recognized it and seethed about it in a reply. The thread suffered a sudden and fiery derailment when another Agugu was posted and its' presence was made known.[4] This is the first confirmed instance on the 'ki of such behavior exhibited by Agugu or xheir variants.
