Vera is the history teacher of Ongezellig’s main cast. She is a depressed alcoholic who had aspirations of becoming a rockstar when she was young, but round up becoming an educator. She is not particularly fond of the three sisters and has a special disdain towards Mymy, describing her as a megalomaniac with a Napoleon complex.
