Can I add real name and surname of Foenkie? Or would that be doxing him

You can add it if he’s stated his name publicly.

It is on his fb which has his alias in its link so I'm not sure

If is Facebook has his alias than you should be in the clear, but why do you even feel the need to put his real name in the article? I don’t think that’s necessary unless you’re planning on writing an entire section about him.
