Zoot, also known as Biohazard Maker or Zooty Zoot, is the creator and current admin of soyzellig.party.
Zoot is a trad keyed Orthodox Christian. He is anti-porn and masturbation, which is why he made the zarty a SFW website; a decision that made it superior to many other imageboards, especially to the frogcucks' board.
