Zelligcraft

Zelligcraft is an unofficial soyzellig minecraft server created on 15th June 2024.

Currently it acts as a graveyard for dead belgians, since it hasn't seen any activity in the last 3 months. Beware of the stench.

History

Rise

On 16th June first base was created, called Japsterdam. Around this time larping as real Coco, Mymy or Maya became popular. Then shartycucks started raiding it causing server to go offline until the next day. Server was back, with some activity around the spawn which quickly died out. Because of this on 23rd June crack accounts were allowed and /login plugin was added. Japsterdam quickly rose to prominence gaining more and more members. On 25th June server owner, IGriefedYourdog built Ongezellig school at the edge of the world. 5 days later Drenthe was made public knowledge, which became region for wool collection, pumpking farming, map art creation and automatic gunpowder production. On 27th June most important village on the server, Orania was built.

On the 7th July Soycraft started to colonize server, creating second largest fraction, causing large tensions. On their archipelago of islands very ambitious skycrapper was quickly built, however developement was stalled because of lack of villagers which gave quick access to strong equipment.

Fall

On the night between 10th and 11th July catastrophe struck the server as all the main bases were griefed while owner was inactive. Defense was impossible, since griefers used hacked clients. Because of lack of communication janny faction falsely believed that the bases of Soycraft diaspora were left untact, which suggestested that they were the true griefers. Most public griefer was kazachnigger, who made a few posts on brabant as well as falseflagged as a soycraft on zelligcraft thread. With most of the server quitting, few days later a small migration to the Hyperborea led by spas happened. Few players created individual bases. On 15th July New Drenthe was built, which was greatest base at this stage of the server. 3 days later spas was banned, falsely accused of griefing all bases on the server by IGriefedYourdog. He was asked to join a private janny cord server in a mock trial, which he rejected. There is no public information on what jannycord was. Server barely survived until August with max 3 players at any time, mostly consisting of a few newfags , hyperboreans building bases scattered arount the server as well as inhabitants of New Drenthe. Then it was shut down, turned on for a few days wih whitelist enabled and an unknown modpack required to play, and then finally shut down again, this time forever.

It is unknown what happend since then, but there might've been a small number Janny faction members, turned cordists, who played Minecraft and terraria together for some time after the servers downfall. It is unknown who griefed the bases with main accused being Soycraft, swinny, sharty or cord unrelated with soysphere.

Factions

Janny faction

Consisted of around 8 people, known important members were:

• IGriefedYourdog - owner of the server, he had a youtube channel called IDidntGriefTheGem
• Zoot - even though he wasn't Zoot.
• RobLee9
• Ruthenski

Main bases of Janny faction were Japsterdam, Drenthe and Orania, as well as post-collapse New Drenthe.

Soycraft diaspora

Consisted of around 4 people, member whose name survived to this day is spas. Main base of Soycraft diaspora consisted of 3 islands.
