Cleo

Cleo Venetiaan is a background character in Ongezellig, who appears during Deel 2, in the post-credits scene of Deel 3, at the start of Deel 4 and during the flashback sequence of Deel 6. As a consequence of her being the only black character NIGGER, she has risen to significant popularity due to the Soysphere’s obsession with race-play, the fact that she’s female also exacerbates this (Ev&do I wouldn't even rape this creature because bestiality is a crime.). She was born in Willemstad, Curaçao, an island of the Leeward Antilles which is officially part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, thus making her technically Dutch. She is Coco's slave, and has aspirations of becoming a professional musician.

Racial backbround

Surprisingly enough, she's not just an average nigger, but a racemixed rapebaby. Her surname in fact (a typical Dutch surname) suggests that her ancestors came from Suriname, which became a Dutch colony in 1667, in exchange for New Amsterdam (NYC) to the Britbongs. The rest can be easily imagined. Despite all of this, she's still more Dutch than Maya.

Personality

Even here we're working with scraps, and other circumstancial pieces of information. Since she's Coco's slave friend and also plays the guitar and presumably acts as the lead singer in her band, it can be assumed that she must be fairly extroverted. This is reinforced by the fact that she's also friends with the other members of the band: Yfke, who is constantly stoned and Zoey, who is shy. During the start of Deel 4 she's seen riding a bike with Yfke on it, but with her doing all the work, so it can also be assumed that she's open to compromise or take the short end of the stick in certain situations, especially if they involve friends.
